VALVE MANIFOLD
Our valve manifold is the core of the QTIS tyre pressure control system. By using three different pressure levels, we can inflate, deflate, and fully depressurise the system — all through a single air line., as it requires only a single supply line for both inflating and deflating the tyre.
Available in four-fold and six-fold configurations, and suitable for 12VDC or 24VDC power supplies. Wiring can also be provided — please refer to our available accessories.

Three pressure levels, three functions
Part of the valve manifold that controls the inflate or deflate function of the tyres is the QTIS dual-pressure valve. When unpowered, it supplies a preset filling pressure of either 4 or 6 bar for inflating the tyres. When the dual-pressure valve is electrically activated, it delivers the full available system pressure — from 7 up to 10 bar — allowing the wheel valve to deflate the tyre. When the air supply is shut off, the valve manifold vents all air lines to fully depressurise the system.
High capacity, modular use
The 3/2 normally closed control valves are all connected pressure less to one tyre and can be electrically controlled to supply tyres individually with the compressed air pressures from the double-pressure valve. They each have a capacity of 1800 Nl/min which makes it possible to inflate the tyres very quickly, depending on your compressor capacity. The valve manifold is equipped with a mounting plate for easy installation and can be equipped with custom cabling, connectors or a custom mounting plate if desired.
It is also possible to connect several valve manifolds to each other. For example, you can combine a 4-tyre tractor with a 3-axle trailer, and equip both vehicles with their own valve manifold with fast response times for optimal tyre pressure.

Two presses, two functions
Part of the valve manifold that determines the function of inflating or deflating the tyres is the QTIS double pressure valve, which gives an adjustable filling pressure of 4 or 6 bar for filling your tyres without the double pressure being actuated. When the double-pressure valve is electrically actuated, it transmits the total available system pressure from 7 up to 10 bar, with which the wheel valve QTIS-WVA exhausts the tyre.
